Craft theft auto features a team system called "gangs".
You can create one with your friends and play with a few benefits and additions a solo player might not have.
It is generally adivsed to be in a gang to help eachother out.
Simple, open your phone and press on the gang app. There you will be able to create a gang which will cost 50.000$.
In case you want to join a existing gang, you will need a invite from another player. They can do /gang invite (name) to send you one!
To see your pending invites, do /gang invites.
Gang Homes are working a bit differently when compared to regular player homes. They can still be bought by multiple players, but you can exchange the storage space with other members of your own Gang. That means that you all share the same chests in there.
There is however a second type of chest, a so called "trusted" chest. It can only be accessed by members with the gang rank "trusted" or higher.
In order to promote a member to a higher rank, simply use the interace of the gang app. Press the gang app, then click on the left most setting to view all existing members. Then click on the player you want to promote (or demote), done!
Only promote players you trust, they might steal from you!
Gang color
You can set a specific gang color as gang owner to be displayed in riot battles!
Simply click the little icon in the gang app and adjust the color you want to use.
Friendly fire
Annoying team mates? Trouble with shooting mates in big fights? No problem! Simply change the setting in your gang app and disable friendly fire.
Gang home and member slots
Currently, there is a preset amount of gang homes a gang can have. There is no way to increase the amount of homes you can have or the amount of members in your gang.
Gang chat
You can talk with other players of your gang using a "@" in front of messages or alternatively activating and deactivating a permanent gang chat using /gang chat.
